Adult Dental Care,

Shylady started this conversation

My oldest daughter, shes got two babies, ages 1 and 2, and she is seven months pregnant. Shes not a single mother but she might as well be with the babies daddy whos unemployed and lives with her. She has been having a lot of pain with an abses tooth that was broken a couple of years back. it has been giving her so much pain that she lays in bed hurting all the time and can't hardly watch her babies. She has been to the Grandview emergency room here in Marion County Tennessee where we live but she can't seem to get any help, all of the doctors tell her to go to a dentist. This is impossible cause she doesn't have the money, and she and her boyfriend struggle to keep their rent lights and water bills paid every month. They have come close to being homeless a couple of times for being behind on their bills, but they finally got help with past bills to get everything paid up. She needs help! Please is there anyone you know who can help her. We called a dentists office and they told us she'd have to pay $75.00 just to come in and get checked to see whats going on with her tooth. And they told us that Tenn-Care doesn't pay even for emergencies for adults over 21.

I hope that one of these offices can assist her with her tooth problems.

Best of luck
